About the Internship

Join Aadi Foundation as an Android App Development intern where you will apply your skills in Kotlin, Android, Firebase, REST API, XML, and Java to create impactful mobile applications for social good. Collaborate closely with seasoned developers to build and enhance applications that improve the user experience for underserved tribal communities and children living in poverty.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the development team to design and add new functionalities to Android applications.
Write clean and efficient Kotlin and Java code aligned with project specifications.
Incorporate Firebase services to increase app functionality and user interaction.
Use REST APIs to retrieve and display data within the apps.
Create and manage XML layouts to support multiple screen sizes and resolutions.
Conduct testing and debugging to maintain high app performance and superior user experience.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry technologies and trends to enhance your contributions and skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be able to work remotely.
Available to commence internship between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026.
Committed to a 3-month internship duration.
Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in Android development.
Recommended to be a Computer Science Engineering student.
