About the role

BetterInvest is developing a new AI-driven content line, focused on producing original short-form media. The work includes everything from microdramas to polished social videos for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

They are looking for an AI Video Creator who can turn visual concepts into compelling content. The ideal person will bring a sharp eye for aesthetics, advanced prompting ability, and the discipline needed to keep characters, lighting, style, and scene continuity aligned across multiple outputs.

What the job involves

• Building cinematic visuals with the help of AI creation tools
• Creating AI-based videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other short-form formats
• Developing microdramas, character-led pieces, concept-driven videos, and social content assets
• Keeping characters, lighting, mood, and visual flow consistent from scene to scene
• Reviewing, refining, and regenerating outputs until they match production quality
• Working inside structured creative processes and delivering work quickly

What makes you a strong match

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for image and video generation
• Good visual judgment for framing, composition, mood, and emotion
• Ability to preserve continuity across scenes and across different videos
• Strong interest in filmmaking, social media storytelling, and AI-native media
