Toloka Annotators brings together curious, analytical people from across the globe to complete freelance online tasks that help train and refine artificial intelligence systems.
The platform works with Generative AI initiatives from leading technology innovators, with the goal of improving AI by involving real people in the development cycle.
Role summary
As an AI trainer and annotator, you may be invited to participate in online projects such as judging AI-generated outputs, checking factual accuracy, or comparing different responses whenever suitable projects are available.
Responsibilities
- Examine supplied content carefully, including text, images, or videos.
- Apply labels or categories according to the instructions for each project.
- Spot and report content that is inaccurate, sensitive, inappropriate, or difficult to interpret.
Work arrangement
This is project-based freelance work, so tasks are only available when active projects are open. Depending on your profile and current demand, you may be selected for one or more projects.
Compensation varies by project based on its scope and the expertise required. For this opportunity, the pay can reach the equivalent of $22 per hour.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in any professional role is needed.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required for both written and spoken communication.
- You should have strong logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex instructions are essential.
- Good communication skills, including asking clarifying questions when necessary, are expected.
- An interest in technology and artificial intelligence is important for this role.
