Role overview
The Admissions Manager will lead outreach efforts aimed at schools and educational stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of student enquiries for SAGE programs. The role is centered on awareness creation, relationship building, and conversion support to help the institution meet admission goals for higher education offerings.
School engagement
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools across the identified regions.
- Plan and run seminars, career guidance sessions, and workshops.
- Work closely with principals, teachers, and career counsellors to promote the institution’s programs.
Lead generation and conversion support
- Capture and organize student information gathered through outreach activities.
- Encourage registrations for webinars, entrance tests, and counselling interactions.
- Pass qualified leads smoothly to the admissions team for follow-up and conversion.
Brand promotion
- Represent the institution at school fairs, exhibitions, and career-focused events.
- Deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate program strengths and value.
Reporting and market intelligence
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly tracking reports for leadership review.
- Study competitor activity and emerging trends in higher education to refine outreach plans.
Tools, communication, and working style
- Use CRM systems and data visualization tools, including MS Excel, to manage outreach data and reporting.
- Bring strong public speaking and communication ability to every interaction.
- Stay target-oriented, self-driven, and open to travel as required for the role.
