About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to join a busy finance team for a temporary assignment of around two months. This is a practical, hands-on position that supports the business’s everyday financial activity.

Key duties

• Handle supplier invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with both accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Support month-end reporting and general finance administration.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to keep processes moving.

What you need to bring

• Prior experience working in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
• Careful attention to detail and a consistently accurate approach to work.
• Comfort with invoice handling, reconciliations, and payment activities.
• The ability to organise priorities and work to deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, plus clear and confident communication skills.
