Accountant

Role overview

RaiDx Diagnostics is hiring a full-time Accountant to work from its Riyadh office. In this position, you will keep day-to-day financial records accurate, post journal entries, and maintain the general ledger. You will also handle invoice preparation and review, payment processing, and the management of accounts payable and receivable. The role includes monitoring cash flow and supporting the finance team with regular reporting and control activities.

Core responsibilities

You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing work by completing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing variances. You will also help ensure that accounting work follows applicable standards and local legal requirements, and you will support both internal and external audits. In addition, you will work with teams across the business to share financial insights that help guide decisions.

Qualifications and skills

• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting, and general ledger processes.
• Comfort using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support planning.
• Capability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense tracking with accuracy.
• Knowledge of tax rules, compliance needs, and audit preparation practices.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in an accountant or similar finance position; experience in healthcare or diagnostics is a plus.
• Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential financial information responsibly.
