  • Assist with hiring and training staff on store operations and procedures.
  • Promote employee compliance with company rules, including the protection of inventory, funds, and property.
  • Step in to perform subordinate duties when required.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, plus 1 year of related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales while limiting loss.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
  • Comfort using a computer and relevant software applications.
