About the internship

This remote internship places you within the talent acquisition process, where you will support hiring operations by screening candidates, coordinating interview steps, and keeping recruitment activity organized and on track.

ConsultBae focuses on helping organizations identify people who fit both the role and the company culture. Its approach combines technology with human judgment to improve candidate quality and reduce hiring turnaround time.

What you will do

Partner with the HR team to understand open positions, hiring priorities, and the profiles being sought.
Go through applications coming in from multiple sources and filter candidates based on the defined screening criteria.
Coordinate early-stage candidate communication, including interview scheduling and sharing hiring-related details.
Place a high volume of outreach calls, with as many as 120 calls per day, to confirm availability and interview timing.
Monitor recruitment movement and share regular updates so hiring processes move forward without delays.
Keep candidate information current and accurate in internal tracking sheets and recruitment tools.
Ensure candidates have a smooth experience through prompt, clear, and professional communication.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, can begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
