About the internship

What you will do
- Support hiring activities by sharing openings, reviewing resumes, and arranging interview schedules.
- Assist with onboarding and exit processes so new team members and leaving employees have a smooth experience.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of HR policies and procedures that help maintain a healthy work environment.
- Help coordinate learning and development initiatives to build employee skills and knowledge.
- Work with the HR team on employee concerns and help with conflict-resolution efforts.
