Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with parts department and customer service teams to help meet fill-rate targets.
• Pick and pack parts based on the issued pick list and complete the paperwork needed to dispatch orders within the required guidelines.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the manager.
• Find inventory in the correct storage location and record the details in the ERP system.
• Load trucks with finished goods.
• Check outgoing shipments for any damage while loading.
• Perform inventory counts when needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area at all times.
• Handle any other related duties as assigned.
