Role overview

The van driver will be responsible for transporting the company vehicle safely around Doha for pickups, drop-offs, and daily service routes, while also supporting car wash and detailing tasks as needed.

Key duties

• Operate company vans safely throughout Doha for scheduled pickups, drop-offs, and route-based service work.
• Carry out vehicle cleaning tasks such as exterior washing, interior cleaning, leather treatment, and care for plastic and trim surfaces.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and maintained in line with company expectations.
• Adhere to planned routes and daily schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and customers during daily operations.

Candidate profile

Applicants should hold a valid Qatar ID, a valid Qatar driving licence, and a transferable visa. A basic understanding of car wash and detailing processes is expected, although complete training will be provided. Familiarity with Doha’s local areas is important, and candidates should be able to communicate in basic English. The role also requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts across 28 working days in each cycle.

Training and growth

The company provides practical on-the-job training covering leather care, plastic care, and more advanced detailing methods. Successful team members may also have the opportunity to develop and grow within Xtreme Auto Care.
