About the Role

In.time, a leading IT Recruitment and Staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions, focusing on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent for a variety of demanding roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Recruit for a wide array of IT domains such as Software Development, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP systems, Infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to evaluate technical proficiency, communication abilities, and cultural alignment with client needs.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment stages.
  • Negotiate salary expectations and manage the offer process to successful closure.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet ongoing client demands.
  • Ensure prompt candidate submissions and consistently meet or exceed client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay abreast of the latest US market trends, technological advancements, and effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of direct experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of US staffing methodologies and the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Have prior experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
  • Exhibit strong sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Salesforce, SAP, and Cybersecurity.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment requisitions concurrently.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
