Role Overview

This UI Designer position is based in Pune and centers on producing polished website interfaces in Figma for desktop as well as responsive screens. The work calls for strong visual judgment, clean layout thinking, brand consistency, and careful attention to typography, color, imagery, and overall presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed, high-fidelity website designs in Figma for desktop and responsive layouts as per project needs.
• Build interface layouts that stay aligned with brand standards and deliver strong visual precision.
• Apply clear typography, well-structured spacing, suitable color choices, and relevant imagery to improve the user interface.
• Work with existing Figma systems such as libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates.
• Follow accessibility expectations and established UI design best practices throughout the design process.
• Use additional design tools when needed, including Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers.
• Review feedback carefully, make revisions accurately, and raise blockers, missing assets, or unclear inputs without delay.

Portfolio Expectations

Candidates should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates website UI design work, experience with design systems or reusable components, responsive design capability, and a sharp eye for visual detail.

Experience and Skills

The role asks for 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI design, visual design, or web design, with prior exposure to website design projects. Strong command of Figma is essential, especially practical use of shared libraries and design systems. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is also needed. A basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and how web layouts behave is preferred, along with an understanding of accessibility principles. Good communication skills are important, as the role involves managing multiple tasks, maintaining consistency across large design workloads, and incorporating feedback quickly.
