About the Program
Udaan is Myntra’s career launch program for people with disabilities. It runs for 6 months and is designed to provide a supportive setting for a smooth transition into the workplace. The program includes structured onboarding, tailored learning and development support, mentorship, on-the-job learning, and strong benefits. It also creates an inclusive environment where participants can contribute meaningfully and grow their careers.
The program is intended to give participants the chance to work with experienced professionals in e-commerce on projects aligned to their interests and abilities. It may also lead to full-time opportunities at Myntra. Udaan 3.0 reflects the continued success and expansion of this initiative.
Role Overview
This role focuses on storefront operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position is based in Bengaluru and follows an onsite working model.
The role calls for 1–2 years of relevant experience, along with strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the storefront neat, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Carry out regular checks to maintain page hygiene and content accuracy.
- Work with Merchandising Operations to gather theme and section inputs.
- Partner with the Product team for configuration support related to new features and product launches.
- Create and maintain wireframes and trackers for topical and theme-based campaigns.
Dependency / Coordination Requirements
- Work daily with merchandising operations and design contacts to fix storefront issues, make updates, and complete hygiene reviews.
- Plan P2 campaigns independently with merchandising, supply, and the design agency.
- Coordinate with product operations for new feature rollouts and understand configuration steps as well as backend constraints and limitations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in storefront operations, merchandising, or a related area.
- Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working across functions and collaborating with several teams.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools and campaign tracking.
