Role Overview
A technology-led distribution and supply chain company in the polymer sector is looking for a Tele Caller to support user onboarding and telemarketing activities from Ahmedabad. The role is suited to someone who can confidently communicate with prospects, explain the platform clearly, and help users begin using the app.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to potential users and support onboarding conversations over the phone.
- Promote the company’s polymer-focused app and its value to users.
- Walk users through downloading the app and completing registration.
- Work toward daily calling goals and related outreach targets.
Experience Needed
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of relevant experience. Backgrounds in B2B calling, industrial products, technology platforms, and the supply chain industry are preferred.
