VGRD is looking for a Technical Genius (m/w/d) starting as soon as possible in Dresden. The role is based onsite across several locations in Dresden and Freital.

Key responsibilities

• Identify vehicle defects that are relevant for repair decisions as well as opportunities to generate additional revenue.
• Provide complete digital package feedback to service advisors, including AW, AOT, AOZ, services, contract extensions, and add-on connections.
• Contribute to higher employee and customer satisfaction while also improving revenue performance.
• Implement improvement actions and process updates.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant has completed either a commercial or technical apprenticeship and brings several years of professional experience. A category B driving licence is required. Strong computer skills and knowledge of connectivity and digital tools are expected, along with the ability to work independently, in a structured way, and with a project-focused mindset. The role also calls for technical analytical thinking, a willingness to help shape a new function, and the ability to think, act, and decide quickly.
