Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will independently manage recruitment activities for assigned positions across different functions. The role requires handling the hiring cycle from sourcing through joining, while supporting branch-level hiring requirements as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies across multiple verticals.
• Source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate assessments as needed.
• Arrange interviews, collect feedback, and maintain timely follow-ups with hiring stakeholders.
• Track candidate pipelines and work toward closing open positions within expected timelines.
• Support bulk hiring efforts while maintaining hiring quality.
• Contribute proactively to recruitment needs for upcoming branches.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in education or academic hiring is preferred, especially for roles such as teachers, coordinators, principals, and other academic staff.
• Should be confident, approachable, and able to build rapport easily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language are required.
• Must be able to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within deadlines.
• Should be willing to learn and apply sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Work Details

This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as working days.

Applicants should be graduates. Candidates with a master’s degree, especially an MBA, are preferred.
