- Review workflow progress, candidate movement, and caseload distribution to support operational efficiency and start-date readiness.
- Act as the main escalation contact for onboarding concerns, resolving difficult cases and clearing obstacles that could delay execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and outside healthcare partners to coordinate communication, compliance, and end-to-end onboarding delivery.
- Monitor key onboarding metrics, spot patterns, and introduce improvements that strengthen quality, turnaround time, and service performance.
- Keep onboarding files, audit materials, and supporting records organized and current so the function remains ready for reviews and compliance checks.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in onboarding operations, HR operations, healthcare operations, or a similar environment.
- Previous experience leading a team or supervising others, with the ability to coach, support, and develop staff.
- Solid knowledge of onboarding workflows, HR compliance expectations, and regulated operational settings.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and troubleshooting abilities for managing large-volume workstreams.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and outside partners.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and adapt to changing operational demands.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive yearly pay in the range of $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and location.
- Chance to contribute in a mission-oriented healthcare setting focused on broadening access to quality care.
