SwiftAI Recruit is hiring a large team of 50 Student Recruitment Specialists for Lincoln University Nigeria. This role is centered on boosting student enrollment by attracting qualified prospects, explaining the value of the university’s practical and career-oriented programs, and helping candidates move smoothly through the admissions process.

The position is performance-led and suited to someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and meeting ambitious recruitment targets. The pay structure includes a competitive fixed amount together with incentives tied to successful enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Find and approach prospective students through broad outreach, in-person promotional activities, and digital networking channels.
• Support applicants and their families with guidance on admissions, program advantages, applied learning, and career outcomes.
• Create and nurture enrollment channels by developing relationships with secondary schools, vocational institutions, community leaders, and businesses.
• Plan and run school visits, career sessions, information meetings, and open-day style events to improve awareness and interest.
• Consistently deliver on weekly and monthly student registration goals.

Compensation

The role offers competitive base pay plus strong performance-based enrollment incentives.

Required background and skills

Applicants should bring 1–3 years of practical experience in sales, business development, direct marketing, or education-focused recruitment. Strong English communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to influence and build trust are important for success in this position.

Candidates should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets, or using simple CRM-style tracking tools to manage large applicant lists. The ideal person is resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform well in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.

Preferred profile

Additional advantage will go to candidates with experience in school admissions, customer service, or educational consulting, as well as those who already have connections in secondary schools, youth groups, or community-based organizations.
