About the Role

UNFRÄMED Berlin is a beauty space that stands for diversity, self-love, and individuality rather than a conventional salon approach. The studio focuses on enhancing natural beauty and creating a welcoming experience for clients. Its services include manicure and pedicure, lash and brow lifting, make-up, and premium care products.

The team is looking for support to help shape and modernize its social media presence and digital brand appearance.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content in the form of photos, videos, and written copy for social channels such as Instagram and, where relevant, TikTok.
• Organize and maintain a content and posting plan covering regular posts, stories, reels, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Assist with photo and video shoots in the studio, including beauty treatments, final results, before-and-after content, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, special offers, and promotional actions such as discounts, Black Friday concepts, product pushes, and service offers, then help bring them to life.
• Track social media trends, ensure the tone matches the brand, and represent the studio’s values of diversity, self-love, aesthetics, and authenticity.
• Optionally engage with followers by replying to comments and supporting community interaction.
• Work closely with both the studio team and the teams responsible for products, blog content, and the shop to keep messaging aligned and the brand consistent.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort appearing on camera and a willingness to be part of the content yourself.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, social media trends, and visual presentation.
• Prior experience in photography, videography, or content creation.
• A dependable, creative, and self-driven working style.
• Flexibility, curiosity, and openness toward beauty and lifestyle topics.
• Basic skills in image and video editing, or the motivation to learn quickly using tools such as Canva, smartphone editing apps, or Adobe software.
• Interest in joining an inclusive, diverse, and individual-focused team.
