Role Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing construction activity on site, coordinating day-to-day execution, and ensuring that work follows approved plans, technical requirements, quality standards, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction projects from initiation through completion, making sure the work stays aligned with project drawings, specifications, and execution plans.
• Share regular progress updates, milestone status, and any possible risks with the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review and understand engineering drawings, survey documents, and related technical records to support proper site execution.
• Plan, organize, and allocate labour, materials, and equipment in a way that improves site productivity.
• Track project spending, look for cost-control opportunities, and work within budget limits.
• Offer technical support to solve construction issues as they arise.
• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Keep the Daily Manpower Register updated accurately.
• Arrange procurement support and delivery coordination for construction materials, ensuring they meet accepted industry standards.
• Identify possible risks early and apply preventive measures to reduce schedule delays, budget overruns, and safety issues.
• Maintain complete project records, including progress reports, site diaries, change requests, and quality-control documentation.

Eligibility

Candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering can apply.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 5,00,000.
