Service Assistant

The role

As a Service Assistant with The SEED School of Maryland, you will help keep customers satisfied and support the wider team in day-to-day service operations.

• Respond to customer questions and service requests.
• Keep the service area neat, clean, and well organized.
• Work closely with teammates to improve the quality of service delivery.
• Process transactions and help track inventory.
