Role Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and improving backend services in Go with a focus on reliability, scalability, response time, and system efficiency.
• Taking part in code reviews and design reviews to uphold strong engineering quality and development practices.
• Collaborating with internal teams to shape new architectures and technical approaches that support better scale and performance.
• Working across the stack on performance analysis, tuning, and optimisation efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend web development, primarily using Go.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and other relational or NoSQL database systems.
• Solid background in distributed systems design and architecture.
• Exposure to front-end technologies will be considered a plus.
