About the Opportunity

The company is hiring Senior Software Engineers with AI experience to contribute to its products and platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer delivery, and broader product and business discussions. It is well suited to someone who thrives when the problem space is unclear and evolving.

What You Will Do

• Develop AI Co-Worker systems that allow enterprise clients to deploy persona-based AI workers capable of handling complex end-to-end operational workflows within a secure platform.
• Keep the platform model-agnostic by integrating large language models and AI frameworks from both established and newer vendors.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable APIs for enterprise-scale environments.
• Partner closely with customers to understand their requirements in depth and ensure the resulting solutions meet or exceed expectations.

Candidate Profile

• You bring 7 or more years of software development experience, along with recent hands-on work in AI.
• You have strong programming fundamentals, with Node.js and TypeScript as the primary technologies used in the team.
• You have worked with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• You understand how to build systems where security and data governance are core design principles from the start.
• You are a strong problem solver with the persistence to carry solutions through to completion.
