Senior Mobile Application Developer

Clasteq Private Limited builds technology-enabled education solutions for schools and colleges. The company has been operating for 10 years and supports more than 100 institutions across Tamil Nadu. The office is based in Pudupalayam, Cuddalore.

Role Overview

This position is for a senior full-stack developer who can work across web and mobile layers while also handling backend services, database performance, and live production support for school ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support ERP features such as attendance, fee management, timetable handling, and communication tools for both the React JS web app and Flutter mobile app.
• Create backend APIs and services using .NET and C#.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, write efficient queries, and improve database performance.
• Use Firebase for authentication, push alerts, and real-time functionality.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain issues in production for active school installations.
• Work with the product team to turn school and admin needs into technical solutions.
• Produce clean, well-documented, maintainable code and take part in code reviews.
• Guide and manage junior developers on the team.

Preferred Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong working knowledge of React JS and Flutter.
• Good command over .NET and C# for server-side development.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, including schema planning and optimization.
• Exposure to Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore or Realtime Database, and Cloud Messaging.
• Understanding of REST API architecture and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and handle several modules at once.

Good to Have

• Experience in EdTech or ERP products.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS system design.
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.
