About the Role
Gainwell Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can turn complex healthcare, business, and technology ideas into strong visual communication. This position supports a fast-moving mix of marketing, sales, and leadership communications across digital, campaign, and print-related materials. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling several projects at once, and delivering polished work under tight timelines.
Qualifications
This role calls for 6 to 10+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B technology, healthcare IT, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise software. A strong portfolio is required, showing work across digital and print formats such as campaign creatives, advertisements, landing pages, sales presentations, and executive decks. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, along with strong PowerPoint skills, is essential. Experience with Figma and Canva is helpful, as is familiarity with marketing and demand-generation tools like LinkedIn, Demandbase, Influ2, HubSpot, and WordPress. The candidate should have a solid command of layout, typography, icon use, color systems, and brand consistency, plus the ability to make complex content visually clear. High attention to detail, accurate proofreading, strong prioritization, and experience working with global marketing teams are important. Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and basic motion or video editing would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create digital ad creatives for channels such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, Influ2, and Google Display while keeping performance and brand alignment in mind.
- Produce campaign visuals including landing pages, banners, social media graphics, and assets for thought leadership and demand-generation efforts.
- Build marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, blogs, infographics, and brochures, transforming technical and healthcare-related information into easy-to-understand visuals.
- Develop presentation materials for sales and executives, including pitch decks, proposals, and customer-facing presentations with strong storytelling and refined layouts.
- Partner with web and content teams to design conversion-friendly landing pages that support campaign goals.
- Preserve brand consistency across all deliverables while maintaining accuracy, accessibility, and high production standards.
- Improve and adapt existing creative assets to strengthen clarity, structure, and visual appeal while managing multiple stakeholder requests.
- Work independently to review briefs, suggest creative directions, and deliver quality work within short deadlines.
- Ensure digital and print outputs follow accessibility guidelines, responsive design principles, and brand standards.
