Scrum Master

Role Overview

Grizzly Peak Software is looking for a Scrum Master to support engineering teams working in an Agile environment. The role focuses on guiding teams through Scrum practices, improving delivery flow, and removing obstacles that slow down progress.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Agile and Scrum routines for engineering teams.
• Coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and other core ceremonies.
• Help teams keep backlogs organized and ready for execution.
• Coach developers and other team members on Agile ways of working.
• Identify and help resolve process-related issues that affect productivity.
• Support the creation and refinement of user stories.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards and related workflow tracking.

This is a full-time remote position based in Washington, DC.
