Sales Operations Representative - Amazon Freight

About the Role

Amazon Freight India is looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support and enhance the functioning of one of Amazon's emerging freight services. This role requires a professional with experience in transportation and supply chain sectors, who excels at analyzing data to resolve business issues and streamline processes during Amazon Freight's initial growth phases.

Responsibilities

• Implement both new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Investigate operational challenges by performing root cause analysis and offer innovative solutions to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Provide support for the business by examining inbounding defects as well as billing and payment-related matters.
• Analyze performance reports to identify bottlenecks and gaps in process controls, aiming to improve overall operational effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in English—speaking, writing, and reading.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience interacting with external customers is preferred.
• Prior experience in operational roles is advantageous.
