Role overview
Nuvei is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its London team in Holborn. This position follows a hybrid setup, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Role purpose
In this role, you will report to the SDR Manager and focus on qualifying and developing leads across EMEA. Your main goal will be to support the sales pipeline and help speed up distribution of Nuvei’s products by ensuring prospects receive a smooth, professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Screen and develop outbound leads from several channels while maintaining prompt and professional communication.
- Create new pipeline opportunities for Business Development Managers through outbound activity.
- Stay current on the company’s products and clearly communicate their value to prospective and current clients.
- Manage your schedule effectively and prioritize tasks to improve conversion rates.
- Use sales tools and proactive prospecting methods to generate and develop leads.
- Broaden your understanding of the market through self-directed research.
- Track and organize pipeline activity, then provide progress updates to your manager.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related subject.
- Prior experience qualifying inbound leads and handling a sales pipeline.
- A demonstrated record of strong performance in competitive settings.
- Confidence in building internal and external relationships and sharing market or industry insights.
- Background in customer-facing work or phone-based outreach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good phone, writing, and active listening skills.
- A self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
