Role Overview
Join Cartier in Jeddah and become part of a brand that blends long-standing craftsmanship with modern luxury. This position is suited to experienced sales professionals who can build strong client connections, deliver tailored guidance, and contribute to boutique performance.
What You’ll Do
- Create memorable client interactions that reflect Cartier’s high standards of service.
- Use consultative selling and strong product expertise to meet and surpass personal and boutique sales targets.
- Spot clienteling opportunities proactively by arranging appointments and building detailed client profiles.
- Develop enduring relationships with clients and encourage loyalty to the Maison.
- Manage and expand your client book to increase engagement and sales potential.
- Carry out focused CRM activities to deepen client relationships and support repeat purchases.
- Represent the brand at client occasions and special activations with professionalism and confidence.
- Follow boutique processes carefully and maintain full operational compliance.
- Support accurate stock handling, take part in inventory work, and keep the boutique visually impeccable.
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.

Hiring Process
Selected candidates will first receive an introductory call from the Talent team. If there is mutual interest, the next stage will be a meeting with the Boutique and Retail Management Team, along with HR, conducted either virtually or in person. Successful candidates will then receive a formal offer to join the team.
