Regal Crest Travel & Tour is hiring for a restaurant leadership role in Tema, within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
Role Summary
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Restaurant Supervisor who will keep day-to-day restaurant activities running smoothly. The role focuses on coordinating the team, maintaining service quality, and making sure guests receive efficient and professional support.
Key Duties
The supervisor will guide front-of-house operations, manage shift planning, observe service performance, and help uphold hygiene and safety standards. The position also involves handling guest questions and complaints, training and supporting staff, coordinating reservations and table allocation, and working with the kitchen so orders are prepared and served accurately and on time. Additional duties include helping with stock control, preparing basic reports, and supporting marketing or promotional efforts that improve guest satisfaction and restaurant results.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring strong leadership ability, including the capacity to direct a team, organize shifts, and track performance. A minimum of 5 continuous years of experience in restaurant management is required. The ideal applicant will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, solid communication skills, and working knowledge of food and beverage service, menu operations, and basic food safety practices. Prior exposure to restaurant or hotel environments, especially front-of-house work, is important.
Working Conditions
The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Strong organization, problem-solving ability, accuracy, and dependability are essential. A diploma or certification in hospitality, tourism, or restaurant management will be considered an advantage.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 8,000 to 12,000.
