Role Overview

The company is hiring a Reservations Supervisor for Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City. This position is intended for someone who brings more than just experience on paper—someone with strong character, practical ability, and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences. What You Will Do

• Oversee the reservations function and help ensure the department operates smoothly while maintaining a high standard across the guest journey.
• Respond quickly and positively to guest queries and issues, with a focus on improving satisfaction and comfort.
• Deliver against department plans and hotel objectives so reservations goals and business targets are met.
• Lead and support the reservations team, promoting development, performance, and a constructive team culture.
• Keep costs and inventory under control while maintaining strong productivity and performance levels.
• Build solid working relationships with important internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance and suggest actions that can strengthen financial results.
• Ensure legal, compliance, and due-diligence requirements are followed, documented, and prepared for internal and external audits, with follow-up where needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in reservations, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong supervisory and leadership ability, with a practical, lead-from-the-front style.
• A clear commitment to outstanding guest service and a strong interest in hospitality.
• The ability to solve problems creatively and provide useful support and guidance.
• High personal integrity and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, excellence-driven environment.
• Adaptability to changing service conditions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort working collaboratively across different functions and cultures.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• A positive, open, and communicative personality.
• Ability to manage multiple difficult priorities and assignments at once.
