About the Role

ARY & MAZ Developments is seeking Relationship Managers to strengthen brokerage partnerships, accelerate agency sales, and support the brand’s positioning in Dubai’s luxury real estate market. The company brings long-standing experience in the UAE market and focuses on boutique development in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage partners and investors.
• Drive agency-led sales and contribute to revenue growth.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities through effective closing techniques.
• Represent the brand professionally in a luxury real estate setting.
• Use social media awareness and networking to support outreach and visibility.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be ambitious, disciplined, highly motivated, and positive in approach. A well-established network of brokers and investors is important, along with a proven ability to close sales and generate leads. Strong communication in English is required, and knowledge of Russian, Farsi, Hindi, or Mandarin will be considered an advantage.

Experience and Eligibility

A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required in either real estate development, brokerage, or luxury-focused industries such as private aviation, hospitality, or wealth management. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Immediate availability to join is preferred. Only candidates who meet the stated criteria will be shortlisted.
