About the Role

The Internal Security Department (ISD) is responsible for protecting Singapore’s internal security and safeguarding the nation’s stability. For more than 75 years, ISD and the organisations that came before it have helped counter serious threats, including foreign subversive activity, espionage, racial and religious extremism, and terrorism. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission that supports Singapore’s safety, security, and sovereignty.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day HR work related to hiring, posting, and secondment matters.
• Help organise recruitment activities, publish vacancy adverts, gather applications, and arrange interview schedules.
• Coordinate the first-day reporting process and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment records and databases, and compile reports and statistics for management.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• A self-motivated person who is thorough, dependable, and comfortable working alone as well as with others.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• This role is open only to Singaporean citizens.
