Quality Improvement Projects

  • Assist in designing and delivering quality improvement projects using structured methods such as DMAIC.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives successfully.
  • Track project progress, schedules, and outcomes, and provide status updates to the Head of Quality on a regular basis.

Change Implementation and Process Adoption

  • Help introduce new processes, policies, and quality programs across business units.
  • Encourage strong adoption of process changes by coordinating closely with stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Identify implementation challenges and resolve operational issues to support smooth rollouts.

Training, Awareness, and Quality Culture

  • Conduct basic training sessions on quality principles, process excellence, and operational best practices.
  • Work with departmental Quality Champions to strengthen quality standards and sustain improvement efforts.
  • Build awareness of SOPs, First Time Right practices, and quality expectations through dashboards, visual tools, communication initiatives, and digital learning content.
