Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Burjline Builders is looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure engineering projects meet the required quality management standards, applicable industry norms, and regulatory obligations. The role is central to preserving quality across all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks and technical audits on project activities.
• Examine engineering methods and workflows to spot areas where performance can be strengthened.
• Track project quality during installation and commissioning stages.
• Compile quality documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.
• Assist with corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Drive a culture of ongoing improvement in engineering operations.
• Maintain adherence to ISO requirements and HSE expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related field is required.
• Professional certification such as ISO Lead Auditor, or an equivalent credential, is preferred.
• Applicants should have substantial hands-on experience in engineering quality assurance.
• Strong capability in documentation, report writing, and analytical assessment is expected.
