Role Summary

This full-time, on-site QC Inspector position is based in Agra. The selected candidate will review footwear and related materials at different stages of production to confirm that they meet defined quality standards and product specifications. The position requires close coordination with production teams, careful recording of inspection results, and active support in resolving quality issues.

Key Duties

• Check footwear and related materials visually and by measurement during various production stages.
• Spot defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming items, then document the observations clearly.
• Work with production teams to address quality deviations and support timely corrective action.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs, reports, and other quality records.
• Assist with root-cause investigation and suggest preventive as well as corrective measures.
• Follow and help implement standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts aimed at raising product and process quality.
• Share quality concerns clearly with supervisors and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Background and Skills

• Practical experience in quality control and inspection to assess materials and finished footwear accurately.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality management methods to help maintain product standards.
• Strong communication ability for reporting findings and coordinating with production teams.
• Prior exposure to footwear, apparel, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, samples, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail, good organization, and the stamina to remain on the shop floor for long periods.
• Basic computer literacy for entering inspection data and preparing reports.
• A diploma or certification in quality, manufacturing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
