QA Engineer & Product Support Expert

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a QA Engineer & Product Support Expert. The role focuses on quality assurance, hands-on product support, and technical collaboration for advanced AI products. Compensation is set at $30 to $42 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt support to users and help sort out technical issues across advanced AI platforms.
• Create, run, and record QA test cases to support reliable product launches.
• Collect, track, and interpret user sentiment from sources such as X.com and Reddit, then share useful takeaways with the team.
• Take part in operational tasks that keep product delivery running smoothly.
• Work on technical build efforts by writing code independently in TypeScript.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify defects and improve product functionality.
• Keep up with developments in AI video generation and use user input to strengthen QA practices.

Requirements

• Strong command of TypeScript and the ability to code on your own.
• A portfolio showing projects you have built yourself is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent level of professional experience.
• Background in supporting, testing, or developing AI video generator technology.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Prior exposure to customer support, QA, and operational workstreams.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving technical setting that changes frequently.
