Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on work in Selenium and Java-based test automation. The role requires solid capability in building automation frameworks, testing web applications, validating APIs, and connecting test suites to CI/CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and support automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and improve hybrid and data-driven automation frameworks.
- Run regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test coverage.
- Carry out API automation testing with Rest Assured and Postman.
- Connect automation suites to Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Review test outcomes, log defects, and coordinate with developers to get issues fixed.
- Prepare clear test plans, test cases, and automation status reports.
- Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution.
- Conduct testing across different browsers and platforms.
- Manage test data and automation code repositories using Git.
Required Skills
- Strong Java programming knowledge.
- Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Working knowledge of TestNG or JUnit.
- Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks.
- Experience using Maven or Gradle build tools.
- API testing experience with Rest Assured and/or Postman.
- Exposure to Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort with SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Cucumber BDD.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud testing services such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- Background in performance testing with JMeter.
- Mobile automation experience using Appium.
