Public Relations Officer

Role Overview

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for building outreach and partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational consultants. The role focuses on on-ground engagement, event coordination, leaflet distribution, and lead capture to support promotional initiatives in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges on a regular basis to spot possible events and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with important contacts in educational institutions.
• Run leaflet distribution activities outside schools and colleges.
• Collect leads during outreach and maintain accurate records for follow-up actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events at educational institutions.
• Make sure all events are carried out smoothly and in line with the company’s objectives.
• Engage with educational consultants to explore partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently while handling several tasks at once.
• Readiness to travel frequently to educational institutions.
• Good organizational skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
• A degree is compulsory for this role.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position. The fixed compensation is INR 15,000 per month. Work locations mentioned include Thrissur and Kottayam.
