Role Summary

This on-site, full-time position in Doha calls for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through to completion. The role focuses on making sure each project is delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. You will coordinate day-to-day project operations, guide site teams and subcontractors, track progress, and remove roadblocks that could affect delivery.

Key Duties

The position involves developing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and progress reports, while also conducting regular discussions with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. You will be responsible for keeping all activities aligned with safety rules, regulatory obligations, and contract terms. A strong focus of the role is to improve project performance consistently and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should bring strong project delivery ability within construction and infrastructure environments, along with practical knowledge of inspection-related work. Experience in procurement coordination is important, especially in expediting materials and equipment so deliveries stay on schedule. A background in logistics management is also needed to organize the movement of resources efficiently to and from project sites.

Additional Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience may also be considered. Candidates should have proven success in managing construction projects, ideally within Qatar or the GCC, and should be familiar with local regulations and industry standards. Leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to handle conflicts and make prompt decisions. Familiarity with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera, plus strong MS Office skills, is expected. A firm commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance is necessary. Strong English communication and reporting skills are required, and Arabic is considered an advantage.
