Role Summary

The Program Manager for the Transformation Office will help lead JRM’s most important enterprise initiatives. Enterprise Program Management and Execution

  • Coordinate and drive the delivery of strategic, company-wide initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Create and maintain integrated plans that cover timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership across several active initiatives.
  • Review progress, flag risks and blockers, and bring together stakeholders to keep execution aligned.
  • Help shape the order, sequencing, and governance of strategic priorities so they support business goals.

Transformation Office Operations and Governance

  • Set up and sustain reporting routines, dashboards, project management practices, and operating cadences for the Transformation Office.
  • Maintain visibility into decisions, action items, deliverables, and rollout progress while reinforcing accountability and transparency.
  • Build standardized tools, templates, and workflows that improve consistency and execution across enterprise programs.

Organizational Change Management and Adoption

  • Work with leadership to design and implement change management approaches that support successful rollout and lasting adoption.
  • Assess stakeholder expectations, organizational impact, communication needs, and adoption challenges during transformation efforts.
  • Assist with communication, engagement, and readiness activities that encourage alignment and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with executive leaders, department heads, and regional teams to align execution with strategic priorities.
  • Develop strong working relationships across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Marketing, and other functions.
  • Prepare executive-level decks, dashboards, reports, and other materials to share progress, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications
