Precision Bearings manufactures and exports ZNL ball and roller bearings. Its production facility is based in Gujarat, India, and the organization has been operating since 1996, supported by a team with over 30 years of industry experience.

Role Overview

This position is focused on keeping daily production on track, coordinating people and equipment, and working closely with maintenance to ensure targets are met without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor day-to-day production plans.
• Oversee manpower allocation and handle workforce-related coordination on the shop floor.
• Resolve production issues by immediately aligning with the maintenance team so planned output can be achieved.
• Coordinate the transfer of machines and equipment to the maintenance department for preventive maintenance as per the planned schedule and discussions.
• Train manpower for setup activities and SMED implementation.
