Product Content Developer - Psychology Intern

About the internship

This part-time remote internship is for a product content developer focused on psychology-based learning material. The role involves building educational content that reflects psychological traits, habits, and student behavior, while supporting a broader learning framework.

What you will work on

• Design learning activities grounded in psychological traits, habits, and patterns of student behavior.
• Create structured learning assets such as worksheets, reflection sheets, mentor notes, and guided exercises.
• Build assessment formats and activity models around focus, motivation, discipline, and learning habits.
• Find and evaluate useful supporting resources such as YouTube videos, articles, and other external material.
• Use AI tools to draft content first and then improve it for clarity, depth, and learner engagement.
• Turn the content into organized presentation decks using Google Slides or similar AI-supported presentation tools.
• Support the creation of content at multiple levels, from foundation to advanced, for different learner grades.
• Keep documentation well organized and track content sheets and version changes carefully.
• Coordinate with the product team to make sure the content fits the long-term learning goals and framework.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, and committed to a 2-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interests. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Preferred profile

• Candidates studying or having completed psychology, education, social work, or behavioral sciences will be preferred.
• Experience in content writing, curriculum development, or assessment design will be considered an advantage.
• Strong research ability and analytical thinking are important for this role.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools will be helpful.
• Experience with publishing research papers, or a record of published research work, is preferred.

Stipend and duration

The internship offers a stipend of INR 1,000 per month and runs for 2 months. The start date is immediate, and the position is remote and part-time.
