Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing work, making sure all related tasks are completed before the closing timeline.
  • Identify issues quickly and take steps to resolve them at the earliest opportunity.
  • Prepare and share reports with accurate supporting data for management review and visibility.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing and order management, ideally within the IT sector.
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Background in sourcing and managing local and overseas vendors; experience across the Asia Pacific region is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of quotation review, contract terms and conditions, and negotiation.
  • Prior experience working with ERP SAP is required.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good presentation ability in PowerPoint.
