Role Overview

The Process Manager role focuses on turning large volumes of data into meaningful business insights. The position involves building reports and dashboards, writing SQL for data handling and analysis, and using Python to support automation, statistical work, and predictive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that can support business growth.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools that help teams make informed decisions.
• Develop efficient SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis tasks.
• Use Python to clean and manipulate data, perform statistical analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and support predictive modeling.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into practical analytical solutions.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, improve, and maintain data pipelines and analytical frameworks.
• Track business performance and suggest improvements based on data-backed findings.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality and make information easier to access.
