Print Operations & Print Machine Operator

A well-established printing and promotional gifting business with operations in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi is hiring for its Dubai facility.

Role overview

This is a full-time Dubai-based position combining production leadership with hands-on print machine operation. The selected person will plan output, supervise day-to-day operations, run printing equipment, and help keep production moving efficiently while upholding quality standards.

Key duties

• Organize production schedules and estimate how long jobs will take, including manpower needs.
• Coordinate multiple print assignments across different machines and stages.
• Operate print machinery and monitor performance to support smooth production.
• Inspect completed print work to confirm it meets quality expectations.
• Work closely with logistics and customer care teams to align on delivery timelines.
• Purchase and source required materials for production.
• Track workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help improve operational efficiency.
• Address routine production and machinery issues in a fast-moving environment.

Experience and qualifications

• Background in managing print schedules, predicting job duration, and planning manpower.
• Experience overseeing a range of print jobs across different types of equipment.
• Ability to review printed output and maintain strong quality standards.
• Clear communication skills for working with logistics, customer support, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Comfort with troubleshooting print machinery and working under production pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with print technologies is an added advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.

Machine exposure preferred

Hands-on experience with any of the following equipment is a plus: UV machine, digital printing, engraving, vinyl cutting, and screen printing.

Working context

The role is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence in a dynamic production setting.
