About the role
CEL Critical Power is an international provider of mission-critical power solutions serving the AI, hyperscale data centre, and critical infrastructure sectors. The business is seeing strong and rising demand, and the key challenge is to scale output quickly while protecting delivery certainty, production discipline, and customer confidence. From its base in Ireland, CEL is expanding production capacity alongside its US growth plans, and Ireland remains a central part of the company’s global operating model.
The PMO Administrator plays a central part in the Project Management Office, supporting the project portfolio across CEL’s manufacturing operations in Ireland and, when needed, assisting US activity as well. This position suits a highly organised, detail-focused professional who can coordinate cross-functional meetings, keep project data accurate, and turn day-to-day project activity into clear reporting for senior leaders.
Coordination and facilitation
- Organise and participate in regular project meetings such as SIOPS reviews, project kick-offs, handover sessions, daily production meetings, and design check-ins.
- Handle meeting logistics including calendars, agendas, attendee coordination, and circulation of supporting materials across multiple projects.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of project touchpoints so that key governance milestones are not overlooked.
Minutes, action tracking, and communications
- Draft clear, accurate meeting minutes that record decisions, action owners, and due dates.
- Capture follow-up items from meetings and enter them into the designated PMO tracking tools promptly.
- Share updates on progress, open questions, and action status with stakeholders in a polished and professional way.
Reporting and leadership visibility
- Prepare regular portfolio reports for senior leadership covering status, meeting outcomes, and action progress.
- Keep Power BI dashboards and related reporting tools current so portfolio information remains accurate and timely.
- Combine information from different sources into structured summaries that support better leadership decisions.
Project scheduling and portfolio maintenance
- Maintain project schedules across the portfolio using the company’s custom PPM tool built on MS Planner, or similar task-management platforms, ensuring plans reflect live status and agreed milestones.
- Track schedule health and quickly escalate delays, resource clashes, or sequencing issues to project leads.
- Help keep timelines, milestones, and dependencies aligned through regular communication and schedule updates.
- Update project records in SAP Business ByDesign where needed so ERP data stays consistent with the live portfolio.
- Support portfolio data management in Dataverse and SharePoint so records remain complete, consistent, and ready for audit.
- Update Dataverse records, SharePoint libraries, and MS Planner boards after each touchpoint as required.
