Role Overview

This full-time on-site position is for a place sorter in Leipzig and is offered through temporary staffing with the possibility of being taken on permanently if performance and fit are strong.

Your Main Tasks

• Separate and sort waste materials as part of the sorting operation.
• Keep an eye on the sorting workflow and ensure it runs smoothly.
• Carry out basic maintenance and care for the sorting equipment.
• Record work results and prepare short reports.
• Work in day shifts, either from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 08:00 to 16:00.

What You Should Bring

• No formal vocational training is required.
• Experience with mineral waste is a plus.
• Willingness to operate an electric excavator; a driving license is not necessary.
• A self-reliant, dependable way of working.
• Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Readiness to work in a shift-based schedule.
