Overview
PepsiCo Beverages is hiring for its Supply Chain Leadership Program in Delta, British Columbia. This is an on-site role based at one of the company’s manufacturing or distribution facilities. The program is designed to build future people leaders by giving early-career talent hands-on exposure to frontline supply chain operations.
The role begins with learning the day-to-day running of the business and developing leadership skills in a frontline environment. You will work on motivating a team, solving operational issues, clearing barriers to performance, and helping the team deliver strong shift results. The position also involves monitoring critical business metrics, identifying patterns, and contributing to projects that support PepsiCo’s goal of becoming faster, stronger, and better.
Compensation
The salary depends on the year of study and is listed in the range of CAD 66,700 to CAD 78,700.
Key Responsibilities
- Use both academic knowledge and practical operations experience to support equipment reliability, including repair work, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Help carry out the annual production operating plan.
- Meet targets related to safety, line efficiency, and product quality.
- Monitor KPIs and costs, spot negative trends early, and take corrective action to protect financial performance.
- Support equipment reliability efforts to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Develop frontline capability through employee relations, training, and clear communication.
- Make sure all health and safety requirements are followed.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree must be completed by August 2026.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid interpersonal skills.
- Clear commitment to leading and working with people.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort managing competing priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities and/or community service is preferred.
- Self-starter who adapts quickly and responds positively to change.
